Independent Social Work Evaluation
An Independent Social Work Evaluation will assess a variety of different abilities as relates to the claimant’s ability to participate in a variety of the areas pertaining to activities of daily living. Social workers can respond to issues such as case management (to evaluate the need for linking claimants with agencies and programs that will meet their post-accident psychosocial needs), medical or therapeutic social work and counselling, psychotherapy and human services management.
