Independent Neuropsychology Examination

An Independent Neuropsychology Examination will examine the behavioural expression of brain dysfunction. A Neuropsychological assessment evaluates the impact of an injury or illness on an individual’s neurological, cognitive and emotional functioning. This is a lengthy examination typically used when brain injury has occurred and is designed to evaluate the relation of the injury to the accident and what the resulting impairments are, if present, and the extent to which this hampers the claimant’s ability to participate in pre-accident activities.
