Individuals must feel secure, given the sensitive nature of the discussions, that their needs will be met in an environment that is based on mutual trust and respect. The Optimal Health Solutions plan offers the assurance that confidentiality is of the utmost importance for both you and your family.
Within the confines of the Optimal Health Solutions plan, confidentiality means:
- All communication between you and your psychologist is private;
- Case files are stored in a secure location and are not released to anyone without written consent or a court order.
A.R.S. will not release information to your employer regarding the nature of your contact with our counseling professionals including whether or not you personally have been in contact with our organization.
